Nick has been working in IT for 28 years. 20 of those years were working for British Telecom in Network Support 2nd Line and 3rd Line roles.

During these 28 years, Nick has supported networks for many large multinational companies including Pepsi-Cola, Unilever, Syngenta, VISA, Manpower, and American Express. Whilst at Onwave Nick works with names such as Morgan Sindall, ISG and SGN.
